Today we start our holiday posts!! I have a good amount of audio from 1983 & 1984. So what we will do is post all the ’83 stuff first. Then, the radio theater production of A Christmas Carol (I only have the first 45 minutes) then we will post the ’84 stuff. Look for posts almost every day.
Thanks to some newly acquired tapes, I have a lot of audio from 1983. We will start with December 12. Things are not very “Christmasy” 12 days out but there is a cool tribute song to John Belushi that is played in this show so I figure that I would start here.
Here is about 2 hours from the Monday, December 12, 1983 Steve & Garry Show that was broadcast on WLS-FM. We will post this in 4 airchecks all in this post.
