Steve & Garry – 11/21/80 – Show Close

Here’s another quickie…
This comes on the heels of the last post where Steve is back in the studio after being sick. It is just the last couple minutes of the show for Steve & Garry on WLUP-FM for Friday, November 21, 1980.

It is amazing how much can happen in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Highlights include:

  • Ironman
  • Steve recovering from a bout of something
  • Show Close – “You’re beautiful, don’t ever change. Don’t forget to have a good weekend and PARTY! Like a banshee. Hard. Do bongs (Marathon)”
  • Buzz quitting cigarettes

    Hard to believe this is coming up on 30 years ago, the great part is that the humor is still for the most part current in terms of being edgy (and just funny!)
